March -April 20

didn't get time to update mine logs even, busy with work. General workout during last one and a half month is

1. 1 40K in 4hrs 10min,
2. 2 30Ks in 3 hrs
3. 3-4 time 12K in an hour per week
4. 28K cycling in an hour twice a week
5. Weight training 4 times a week
